Our Projects

  • On Wednesdays We Wear Gray

Different colors represent different types of cancer and these ribbon colors are chosen by nationally recognized non-profit organizations. The color for cancer as a whole is purple while brain cancer is gray. Every week, Gray for Glioblastoma urges our supporters to wear gray on Wednesday to raise awareness for brain cancer. We post photos we receive on our Instagram page to create a community of hope and support.

  • Smiles, Support & Scribbles

All events will feature card materials to decorate heartfelt cards and fill them with encouraging messages of love and support. Each card is a unique expression of compassion and solidarity, carefully crafted to bring support and smiles to its recipient. Throughout the year, we collect these beautiful cards and send them directly to glioblastoma patients, caregivers, and family members. These cards serve as a heartwarming reminder that you are never alone, and there is unwavering support for you every step of a GBM diagnosis.

  • Students Go Gray for Glioblastoma

An empowering initiative that invites students to start their own clubs at high schools and universities, making a tangible difference in the fight against glioblastoma. The initiative offers a comprehensive handbook that guides aspiring club leaders through the process of creating impactful campaigns and fundraisers. Students have the freedom to choose the best ways to fundraise or raise awareness, and the organization provides the support needed to make their endeavors a success. Each club becomes a beacon of hope and unity, shining brightly on their campus and inspiring others to join the cause across the country.

  • Gray for Glioblastoma Blog

A space dedicated to providing a diverse range of content related to a glioblastoma diagnosis and its impact. The blog features a variety of content, including heartfelt personal stories, thought-provoking poems, informative grief guides, and valuable resources for individuals and families affected by GBM. The blog serves as a supportive community where people can share their experiences, find solace in knowing they're not alone, and access practical information to navigate the challenges associated with a GBM diagnosis.

  • GFG Influencer Program

We give influencers the opportunity to give back to the communities that helped them grow their influence. Those involved with our program send us items they receive as PR gifts, that are unopened but unwanted, may be thrown away or wasted or end up stacking up in corners of the influencers space. Gray for Glioblastoma utilizes these items to help lower costs and increase profits used to strengthen auction packages, provide items for our event raffles, etc.

  • Every Day Counts

Project Every Day Counts, our fully funded GBM research project aimed towards childhood GBM, focuses on filling every day with positivity and joy. Project Every Day Counts aims to support children and their families as they navigate a brain cancer diagnosis.
